A large, open kitchen is fully integrated into the ground floor layout and connects seamlessly to the living spaces. The ground floor also includes a shower room and a separate WC. On the upper floor, you will find the 1 bedroom, a generous open room with characterful sloping ceilings, furnished with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, offering a pleasant view of the garden, the river, and the forest. The property features 1 bathroom in total, located on the ground floor.
