From this space, a door leads out to a 4 m2 balcony furnished with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy a pleasant side view of both the forest and the town. The 1 dedicated bedroom is equipped with a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, ensuring a restful and comfortable night's sleep. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
