Each of the 4 bedrooms is individually furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering generous sleeping space and a restful atmosphere. The villa also features an open kitchen fully integrated into the living space, equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please note that capsules for the coffee machine, compatible with Dolce Gusto, are not included. The 4 bathrooms each feature a shower and WC, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
