The weekly rental price includes consumption of gas, water, towels, bed linen, final cleaning, and electricity up to 150 kWh. Any electricity consumption exceeding 150 kWh will be charged at €0.50 per kWh. A security deposit of €500 is required and must be paid on site. A tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night applies, for a maximum of 6 nights, and is to be paid on site in accordance with local regulations. For check-in after 21:00, a surcharge of €20 will be applied and must be paid on site.

A cot and a high chair are available upon prior request, each at an additional cost of €30, to be paid on site. Pets are not admitted at the property. Please be aware that the villa is equipped with a video surveillance system, which is intended exclusively for the external areas of the property.
