The living and dining area serves as the heart of the space, offering a relaxed and functional environment for unwinding after a day of exploration. The 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing a comfortable and spacious sleeping arrangement. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. A kitchenette is also available within the apartment, fitted with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. Direct access from the living area leads to a roofed terrace of 4 m2, complete with terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
