Also on the ground floor, the first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm and benefits from its own private bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating, with a direct exit to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen on this level includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on the ground floor.

On the upper floor, the second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm and has access to a bathroom with shower, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating, and a private exit to the balcony. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
