On the ground floor, the living and dining area welcomes you with elegant furnishings, an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, a dining table, and a flat-screen television. A door leads directly to the veranda, extending your living space outdoors. The open kitchen, though compact in size, is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living area. A separate WC is also located on this level. The first ground-floor bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own shower and WC, a flat-screen television, and direct access to the terrace.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. The first upper-floor bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a private shower and WC, a flat-screen television, and access to the terrace. The second upper-floor bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a private shower and WC, a flat-screen television, and a door opening onto a balcony.
