(steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 sleeping facilities. 1 room 15 m2 with 3 sofabeds and 1 double bed. Bath/WC, hydro massage bath. Heating. Panoramic view of the mountains, the garden, the forest and the town. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher. Coffee machines: capsule, espresso (lever), drip. Shower box (steam with radio). Outdoor hot tub for 6 people with a mountain view. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
