Direct access from this room leads out to a south-facing terrace of 20 square metres, complete with terrace furniture. The ground floor also includes 2 rooms, each equipped with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The kitchen on this level is fully appointed and features 1 hot plate, an oven, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Filtre and Senseo capsules, available as an extra. A second kitchen is also available on the ground floor. The 2 bathrooms on this level each include a shower, and the floor is further served by 2 separate WCs and a double hand-basin. Electric heating is provided throughout the ground floor.
