The first bedroom is furnished with 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens onto a balcony with an east-facing position. The second bedroom also contains 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The apartment includes an open kitchen seamlessly integrated into the living area. It is important to note that, instead of all enclosed bedrooms, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove. The apartment is served by 2 shower and WC bathrooms.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
