The ground floor also includes a large open kitchen and a separate WC. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and offers access to a private balcony. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
