One bedroom on this level is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom with a bidet. An office space is also available on this floor for those requiring a dedicated workspace.

The upper floor hosts the remaining 5 bedrooms. 2 rooms are each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. 2 further rooms each contain 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. An additional walk-through room is also furnished with 2 single beds of the same dimensions, 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A playroom is available on this level, offering a dedicated space for younger guests. The upper floor is served by a shower room and a combined shower and WC. A south-facing and west-facing terrace of 50 square metres completes the outdoor offering.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
