The second bedroom contains 1 set of 2 bunk beds, with one bunk measuring 120 cm by 200 cm and the other 75 cm by 200 cm. The third bedroom is also equipped with 1 set of 2 bunk beds, each measuring 75 cm by 200 cm. A fully equipped kitchenette with a dining table is also located on this floor, alongside a shower and WC. The upper floor hosts a living room furnished with 1 bed measuring 120 cm by 200 cm and a television. Throughout the property, you will find elegant parquet floors and natural stone floors, lending the interior a refined and welcoming character.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
