Please note that the upper floor, 1 room on the ground floor, and the carport are designated for storage purposes and remain unavailable to guests.

The property features 2 distinct swimming areas: a beach at the pier with a muddy bottom and, at the back of the grassy yard, a superior sandy beach ideal for a more pleasant swim. A wood-heated hot tub is included in the rental and is available from May to September, offering a wonderfully relaxing outdoor experience. The yard is well equipped for outdoor dining and socialising, featuring a grill suitable for both wood and charcoal use — guests are kindly asked to bring their own charcoal, while firewood is provided on site. A fire pit is also available, perfect for grilling sausages or simply creating a warm and cosy atmosphere during evening gatherings.

As stated by the owner: "THIS CABIN IS NOT RENTED TO YOUTH GROUPS OR LOUD PARTIES, AS IT IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA." The maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 6 people, including any visitors, and this rule is to be observed at all times without exception. The older lakeside cabin, measuring 40 m², is available exclusively during the summer season, and guests should be aware that in colder months, water for the wood-heated sauna in that cabin must be carried from the main building. The wood-heated hot tub is available from May to September. The main cabin is heated by an electric sauna system, and the property was completed in 2016, ensuring a modern and well-maintained standard of construction and facilities.
