This level includes 3 bedrooms: the first is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, the second features 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the third is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A large, open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine.
