The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with an oven, a gas stove with 4 gas rings, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom includes a shower, a bidet, and a WC. Please be aware that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping options are available than the maximum occupancy of 4 guests, which must not be exceeded under any circumstances.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
