On the first floor, the living and dining area provides a welcoming communal space furnished with a flat-screen television. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and is equipped for everyday cooking and entertaining. The first floor hosts 3 of the 4 bedrooms: 2 rooms each featuring 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 1 room with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom on this floor includes a shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin.

On the lower ground floor, the fourth bedroom is also furnished with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is served by a dedicated shower room with WC.
