On the main level, you will find a spacious living and dining room equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with direct access to the terrace. This floor features 2 bedrooms: the first is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from air conditioning and forced-air heating; the second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and also provides access to the terrace. A shower room with WC completes the main floor.

The lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, offers an additional living and dining area with air conditioning and forced-air heating, and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. This level hosts the third bedroom, furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with air conditioning and forced-air heating.
