The open-plan kitchen is fitted with a bar and dining table, and connects seamlessly to the living area, which features a decorative open-hearth fireplace. This shared living and kitchen space also enjoys air conditioning, forced-air heating, and access to the balcony. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC.
