The second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is equally equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, along with its own exit to the balcony. The open-plan kitchen is fitted with a bar and dining table, and connects seamlessly to the living area, which features a decorative open-hearth fireplace. This shared living and kitchen space also enjoys air conditioning, forced-air heating, and access to the balcony. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC. A small balcony runs alongside the apartment and is furnished with outdoor balcony furniture, offering a pleasant extension of the living space.
