A separate small room of 6 m2 is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a practical sleeping arrangement for additional guests. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with 2 hot plates, a mini-oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. The south- and west-facing balcony of 7 m2 is furnished with balcony furniture and offers a panoramic view of the mountains.
