The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a separate terrace and includes an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor bathroom facilities. The first studio on this level features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, a separate WC, a shower, and air conditioning. The second studio also offers 1 french bed of the same dimensions — 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length — along with a separate WC and shower. A further bedroom on this level is furnished with 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length.

On the upper floor, a double bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, air conditioning, and direct access to a private balcony.
