The main level features a combined living and dining area that opens onto a 4-square-metre balcony, offering a pleasant outdoor extension of the living space. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the main room and is equipped with 2 induction hot plates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The studio comprises 1 bedroom, located on the upper gallery level, which is accessed via a steep staircase. This top-floor sleeping area features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, set beneath a sloped ceiling with a height ranging from 140 to 210 cm. The studio includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning in the living and dining area, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate throughout your stay. A television is also provided in the main living space for your entertainment. The balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture, making it an inviting space to relax. For outdoor cooking and dining, a barbecue is available. In the kitchen, you will find 2 induction hot plates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine to meet your everyday culinary needs. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
