A north facing room is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. An east facing room offers 1 set of bunk beds with 2 berths, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. The first room contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is fitted with a fan. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
