On the main level, you will find a bright and spacious living and dining room equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The first bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from air conditioning and a fan. The kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave. A bathroom with bath and WC completes the main floor.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will discover an additional living room with a direct exit to the garden. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
