The third double bedroom offers 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, equally appointed with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The spacious kitchen and living area is fitted with a bar and dining table, and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
