A spacious living and sleeping area features 1 double sofabed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a decorative open-hearth fireplace, and a flat screen TV, with direct access to the terrace. An additional room on this level is equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and a private shower with WC. The open kitchen is situated in the entrance area and is fully fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer. On the upper floor, you will find 2 rooms each furnished with 2 double beds measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, as well as 1 further room with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. The upper floor is served by 2 bathrooms. Throughout the villa, natural stone floors add an elegant and timeless character to the interior.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
