The property includes 1 dedicated double bedroom, also graced with sloping ceilings, and furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own separate exit to the balcony. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
