The remaining sleeping area is a living/sleeping room furnished with 1 double bed and a flat screen satellite TV, while a second living/sleeping room features 1 double sofabed and its own flat screen satellite TV, providing flexible accommodation options. The 2 bathrooms consist of a bath with WC and a separate shower with WC, complemented by an additional separate WC for added convenience. The open kitchen flows naturally into a dining area with a dining table, creating a sociable and functional space for shared meals. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
