Also on this level, a fully equipped open kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with its own exit to the terrace. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The first bedroom on the ground floor is fitted with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a private shower and WC as well as direct access to the terrace. On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. The first upper-floor bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and a private shower and WC.
