"Apart 1" is a charming 3-room vacation rental spanning 40 m2, situated on the upper ground floor and designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, including 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment features 2 bedrooms thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort for the whole family. The first bedroom is a double room furnished in a rustic and cosy style, complete with direct access to the balcony. The second room is a smaller bedroom equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also ideal for younger guests. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and a separate WC. A large kitchen forms the heart of the living space and is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a dining table for shared meals. The kitchen also provides access to the balcony, extending the living area outdoors. Terrace furniture is available for guests to enjoy the very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains that surrounds the property.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
