The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests across thoughtfully arranged sleeping spaces distributed between the main villa and the lakeside sauna building. Both floors of the main villa are equipped with air-source heat pumps, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate regardless of the season. Wireless Internet connectivity is available throughout the property, allowing you to remain connected while enjoying the surrounding wilderness. The ground floor of the villa features a spacious combined kitchen and living room, a toilet, a bathroom, an electric sauna, and a bright bedroom with a double bed. An additional room on the ground floor offers 2 beds, a sofa set, and a heat-retaining fireplace. On the upper floor, a generous living room with a television and sofa set includes a double bed in an alcove, while a separate study with a desk and a sofa bed provides a beautiful view of the lake. Please note that the sofa bed in the study is not counted as a regular sleeping place but serves as an alternative sleeping option.

The lakeshore of Lake Rääpysjärvi is just 25 m from the property, where a spacious pier extends over the water, providing an ideal spot for swimming, fishing, or simply taking in the views. A rowing boat and an Indian canoe are available for your use, inviting you to explore the lake at your own pace. The water quality of the lake is excellent, and the shore is initially shallow with a hard gravel bottom for approximately 4 to 5 m before deepening to a muddy bottom, making it particularly suitable for children swimming from the shore. Adults are advised to use the pier ladder for swimming, as there is plenty of water at the end of the pier. The villa benefits from 3 terraces facing different directions, offering varied outdoor seating opportunities throughout the day and allowing you to follow the sun or seek shade as preferred. The yard also includes a separate outdoor toilet and a storage building with a garage. The two-story lakeside sauna building is a highlight of the outdoor offering, featuring a spacious wood-heated sauna and a fireplace room on the ground floor, with the sauna's washing area equipped with a wood-heated water cauldron for heating washing water. The upper floor of the sauna building provides 2 additional beds, measuring 90 x 200 cm and 120 x 200 cm respectively, with an air-source heat pump ensuring comfort in this sleeping area.

Other Information

The villa is rented strictly for peaceful use, and guests are kindly asked to respect this condition throughout their stay. The burning of candles anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited. Pets of any kind are not permitted at this property. Both floors of the main villa are equipped with air-source heat pumps, providing efficient heating and cooling as needed, and the sleeping area in the sauna building is similarly equipped with an air-source heat pump. The heat-retaining fireplace in the ground floor room and the fireplace room in the sauna building offer additional warmth and atmosphere during cooler periods. Arrangements for charging an electric vehicle using a standard socket can be made directly with the owner, provided that guests bring their own compatible charging device.
