On the ground floor, the welcoming entrance hall leads into a bright living and dining room featuring a kitchen corner and a flat screen satellite TV. From this main living area, you have direct access to the roofed terrace of 20 square metres, as well as to the swimming pool. The ground floor hosts 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both equipped with a flat screen satellite TV, and 1 room fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also featuring a flat screen satellite TV. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living and dining space. Three shower rooms with WC serve the ground floor.

On the upper floor, a dedicated entrance hall provides access to the fourth bedroom, which is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and includes a flat screen satellite TV. This room opens directly onto a private balcony of 10 square metres. A shower room with WC completes the upper floor accommodation.
