Lined in PVC and equipped with a salt purification system, the pool features both external and internal lighting and a ladder for easy water access. The surrounding paved solarium area is furnished with sunbeds, chairs, and small tables, creating an ideal setting for sunbathing and outdoor dining. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Tucked within the park, a bocce court offers a delightful way to spend summer afternoons. Ascending an external staircase leads to a private terrace where a hydromassage tub with chromotherapy awaits, providing a serene space to relax beneath the stars on warm summer evenings.

The second wing is dedicated to the more expansive living areas and sleeping quarters, featuring a large and luxurious living room with satellite TV, a billiard room, and 4 double bedrooms. Among these, 1 double bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom with shower, and 1 double bedroom is complemented by an additional double sofa bed. Guests wishing to bring pets must obtain prior authorisation from the owner by communicating the number, size, and breed of animals before the stay begins. The swimming pool is open to guests from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Heating is included within the cost of electricity during the low season. The rental price covers utilities including electricity, water, and gas for cooking use, as well as weekly linen changes and initial and final cleaning. The stay is also covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means no security deposit is required either on balance or upon arrival.
