The pool features chlorine purification, internal and external lighting, and large steps set into one corner to provide easy access to the water. The stone-paved sunbathing area is generously equipped with sunbeds, an umbrella, sofas, and armchairs, creating an inviting space to relax and soak up the Sicilian sun. The pool is accessible both from the driveway at the front of the house and from the rear of the property, and it is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October. Behind the villa, a covered veranda houses a small outdoor kitchen, making it an ideal setting for alfresco meals and leisurely evenings outdoors. A 2-car parking area is conveniently located past the entrance to the property.
