The property enjoys a privileged position in the scenic coastal corridor connecting Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca, two of the most celebrated destinations in Puglia. The front elevation of the villa is defined by an elegant porch with pillars clad in local stone, framing an uninterrupted view of the sea and the surrounding natural landscape. The yard is a lush Mediterranean haven enriched by ancient olive trees, ornamental plants, aromatic herbs, an artificial pond, and low stone walls typical of the Salento tradition, all contributing to an atmosphere of serene harmony with nature.

The outdoor spaces of Villa Sanssouci are as thoughtfully composed as the interior, offering a seamless blend of natural beauty and refined comfort. The porch, positioned to capture sweeping sea views and the colours of the sunset, is furnished with a table and chairs, making it an ideal setting for alfresco dining and relaxed gatherings. Between the porch and the pool area, guests will find a barbecue and a wood oven, perfect for outdoor cooking and convivial evenings under the open sky. Cocos palms and bird of paradise flowers adorn both the pool area and the outdoor seating zone, adding a tropical elegance to the Mediterranean surroundings.

The non-heated swimming pool is a striking centrepiece of the outdoor area, featuring an irregular shape with Roman steps leading into the water, a constant depth of 1.40 m, and a total surface area of approximately 110 sq m. Lined in sand-coloured PVC and equipped with a salt purification system, the pool also features a hydromassage function. It is positioned to the left of the villa and is clearly visible from the porch, enjoying the same panoramic sea view. The sunbathing area is paved in stone and furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, while an outdoor lounge area provides a comfortable space for relaxation. The pool is accessible via large steps, and a dedicated bathroom with shower as well as an outdoor hot-water shower are available in the pool area. Evening lighting around the pool creates a magical atmosphere for night-time swimming. The pool is available to guests from the first Saturday in May until the first Saturday of October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
