The outdoor spaces of Villa Panorama are as thoughtfully designed as the interior, offering a rich variety of environments for relaxation, dining, and recreation. Directly adjacent to the kitchen, a small vegetable garden cultivates a wide range of fresh herbs, ideal for enhancing traditional Tuscan recipes alongside the excellent extra virgin olive oil produced by the estate's own olive trees. The patio beside the vegetable garden provides a charming sitting area, while the main outdoor dining space, positioned in front of the kitchen, is sheltered beneath an elegant brickwork gazebo complete with a pizza oven and a brick barbecue, creating the perfect setting for convivial outdoor meals. Two additional sitting areas, furnished with sofas and armchairs, have been arranged in front of the French windows of the living area, offering peaceful spaces for outdoor relaxation and contemplation. Paved areas alternate with stretches of lawn throughout the park, all bordered by colourful aromatic bushes, creating a landscape of great natural beauty.

The crown jewel of the outdoor spaces is the stunning infinity pool, positioned on the furthest terrace of the property to ensure complete privacy, full sun throughout the day, and breathtaking views over the wooded countryside with Volterra as a backdrop. The non-heated pool measures 7 x 14 metres with a constant depth of 1.5 metres and is lined with iridescent green-brown mosaics complemented by a border of nut-coloured travertine, giving the water a naturally harmonious green tone. Access to the water is provided via a ladder, and the pool is equipped with both internal and external lighting and operates on a modern cleaning system using minimal doses of chlorine. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Located approximately 80 metres from the main house, it is reached via a driveway paved with faux antique stone followed by a flight of steps, which is preceded by a safety gate for children. The surrounding solarium area is paved in stone and bordered by fragrant cushions of lavender and rosemary, and is furnished with elegant sunbeds. A hot and cold water shower and a minibar complete this exceptional outdoor retreat.

Unit Layout

Villa Panorama is a three-storey residence set across 2 levels on sloping ground, with direct entrance accessible from both the ground floor and the basement, accommodating up to 14 guests across 7 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

The main entrance on the ground floor opens into a generous living area comprising a large lounge with a fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped modern kitchen featuring a central island. French windows throughout this level connect the interior spaces directly to the furnished outdoor areas. From the lounge, a dedicated fitness area is accessible, equipped with a whirlpool tub, a Turkish bath, and a chromotherapy shower, all enclosed by large windows that frame the surrounding garden panorama. This floor is completed by 2 toilets, one of which is adapted for guests with disabilities.

The sleeping area is located on the first floor and comprises 2 twin bedrooms with joinable beds, each with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and 4 double bedrooms, one of which features a king-size bed. Of the 4 double bedrooms, 3 have ensuite bathrooms with shower and 1 has an ensuite bathroom with both shower and tub. A cosy reading room is also found on this floor, offering a quiet retreat for guests.

A spiral staircase situated beside the fitness area descends to the basement, which also benefits from a separate entrance. This lower level contains 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a functional kitchenette, and a dedicated laundry area.

Utilities, including water, gas for kitchen use, and electricity, are also covered.

The property operates a Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided.

Pets are welcome at Villa Panorama. Please be aware that a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies for guests travelling with animals. A tourism tax of 1.00 euro per person per day applies for the first 5 days of the stay. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this tax.
