The 5-hectare park was conceived by a celebrated landscape designer and features a formal Italian garden where meticulous attention to detail is evident at every turn. Lavender cushions spread across terraced levels, with over six thousand aromatic plants, a vast expanse of olive trees, and borders of Mediterranean scrub creating a rich tapestry of colour, fragrance, and texture. A splendid pergola wraps around 2 sides of the property, sheltering an outdoor dining area equipped with a built-in barbecue and a fully fitted outdoor kitchen, perfectly positioned to overlook the scenic pond and its surrounding lush vegetation. In a panoramic corner of the garden, a dedicated seating terrace furnished with comfortable sofas invites you to unwind and absorb the sounds of the surrounding nature. The non-heated L-shaped infinity pool measures 14 x 10 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m, is lined in dark blue PVC, and benefits from salt purification as well as internal and external lighting.
