The garden is predominantly laid to lawn and is home to an array of mature trees and fragrant lavender bushes that lend the grounds a distinctly Tuscan atmosphere. A large portico runs along 2 sides of the villa and is elegantly furnished with a dining table, chairs, and a relaxation corner complete with a divan and coffee table, making it an ideal space for outdoor meals and quiet afternoons in the shade. A dedicated area of the garden features children's play equipment, including swings, providing entertainment for younger guests. The non-heated swimming pool is positioned on a lower level relative to the main house and is accessed via broad stone steps. It is irregular in shape, covering an area of 50 square metres, with a maximum length of 11 metres, a maximum width of 5 metres, and a depth ranging from 0.80 metres to 1.90 metres. The pool is lined in white PVC and features chlorine purification, Roman steps for water entry, and a cold-water outdoor shower. The surrounding solarium area is finished in stone and is equipped with a pergola, umbrella, and deckchairs, as well as a brickwork barbecue perfect for evening gatherings. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Guests should be aware that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the appearance of the garden, including flower blossoming and grass colour, may differ at the time of arrival.

Unit Layout

Villa Virginia is arranged across 2 floors and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main entrance on the ground floor opens directly into the living area. To the right of the central corridor is a sitting room featuring a fireplace and French windows that lead out to one of the porticoes overlooking the garden. To the left is a fully equipped kitchen-diner, which also benefits from direct access to the outside. The central corridor continues into the sleeping area on the ground floor, which comprises a double bedroom with outside access to a veranda, a second double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with joinable beds. Two bathrooms with shower serve the ground floor sleeping area. From the ground floor sitting room, stairs descend to the basement level, where guests will find a taverna, an additional double bedroom, and a third bathroom with shower.

Acceptance of animals at Villa Virginia must be previously authorised by the owner, and guests are required to communicate the number, size, and breed of their animals in advance. In the furthest part of the enclosed property, in a separate area not visible to guests, 3 docile dogs belonging to the property reside and are not a source of disturbance. The weekly rental rate includes utilities such as water and gas for kitchen use, weekly linen service, and both initial and final cleaning. Additionally, the rate includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee also provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
