Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and the colours of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

The rectangular swimming pool is set within the planted garden, ensuring absolute privacy, and is reached from the house by descending a few steps. It features a stone edge and entry into the water via a convenient staircase, measuring 11 x 5 metres with a depth of 1.20 metres. The pool is equipped with a hydromassage waterfall and a counter-current swimming system, and is sanitized with active oxygen. Thanks to solar panels, the water benefits from a slight heating effect, making it a gently heated pool. A dedicated sunbathing area is furnished with sunbeds for your comfort. The swimming pool is available from the first week of May to the last week of September.

Villa Il Castellaccio accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, distributed between the main villa and a separate annex. The main villa is arranged over 2 floors. On the ground floor, the main entrance is located under the portico and leads into a hallway. A few steps to the left descend to a large open-plan living room comprising a sitting area with TV, a dining area, and an ornamental fireplace, with direct access to the outside. From this living room, you access a double bedroom complete with an en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the park. From the hallway, a brick staircase leads up to the first floor, where an open-plan area houses the kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting area with an ornamental fireplace. From this space, you reach 2 double bedrooms that share a bathroom with shower, accessible from both rooms. Adjacent to the staircase on the first floor, there is a further bathroom with shower. The annex, situated just 15 metres from the main house and entirely independent, is arranged on a single floor and comprises a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The acceptance of animals must be confirmed before arrival. The swimming pool is available from the first week of May to the last week of September. The rental price includes utilities covering electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use, as well as weekly linen change and both initial and final cleaning of the property. The stay is also covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
