Reliable Internet WiFi connectivity is available throughout the property, and private parking is provided on site for the convenience of all guests.

The grounds of Il Poggiarellino are a true celebration of the Tuscan landscape. The expansive park is adorned with large areas of manicured lawn, bordered by carefully maintained hedges, and framed by vast stretches of wheat fields and centuries-old olive trees. Within the garden, guests are welcomed by a vibrant display of colourful flowers, while a dedicated corner planted with aromatic herbs invites you to gather fresh ingredients for preparing traditional dishes of Tuscan cuisine. Numerous shaded areas are scattered throughout the park, offering peaceful spots for rest and contemplation. Beneath a charming pergola and on the panoramic terrace, comfortable sofas and armchairs are arranged to allow you to fully appreciate the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the appearance of the flowers and the colour of the grass may differ from what you find upon arrival, depending on the season of your visit.

The non-heated swimming pool is set within the park, just a short distance from the farmhouse, and overlooks a truly unique panorama. Rectangular in shape and measuring 8 x 16 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.50 metres, the pool is lined in sky-blue PVC with a travertine edge and features chlorine purification, internal lighting, and Roman steps along with an iron ladder in the deepest section for safe water access. The surrounding solarium area is paved in porphyry slabs and equipped with comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas, and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

Il Poggiarellino accommodates up to 14 guests across 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, distributed over 2 floors and thoughtfully organised into 5 independent apartments, each comparable to a private suite and designed to guarantee the highest level of exclusivity and privacy.

On the ground floor, 3 units are available. The largest of these, Apartment 1, features a living area with television, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a twin bedroom with joinable beds, a double bedroom, and 2 bathrooms with shower. Also on the ground floor, each with independent external access, are 2 suites, Apartments 2 and 3, each comprising a small living area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

An external stone staircase leads to the first floor, where 2 further suites with independent access, Apartments 4 and 5, are located. The first of these includes a living area, a twin bedroom with joinable beds, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The second suite on this floor consists of a small living area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
