The solarium area, paved with non-slip stoneware, is equipped with sunbeds, tables, and umbrellas to ensure your comfort during sunny days. An outdoor cold-water shower is also available. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Villa Ninetta is composed of a main building and a separate annex, together accommodating a maximum of 11 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main villa is arranged over 2 floors. On the ground floor, the main entrance opens into a cosy sitting room complete with a fireplace, which flows naturally into the dining room and the adjacent, fully equipped kitchen, the latter also benefiting from outside access through a French window. A wooden staircase leads to the upper sleeping area, where you will find 2 double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry cupboard, 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and 1 twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The annex is connected to the main villa through a portico and offers additional independent living space. Its entrance opens into a hallway featuring a single sofa bed, leading to a double bedroom with direct access to the pool side, a bathroom with shower, a brightly lit dining room, and a kitchen.
