The two villas are separated by a central garden reserved for the private use of the owner of Villa Panigai, while the entire estate park and a dedicated access driveway leading directly to the Barchessa are for the exclusive use of guests. The non-heated swimming pool is set within the park and is reached via the unpaved access lane, continuing through the large garden that leads to the pool area. The pool measures 20 x 8 meters with a varying depth starting at 1.00 meter and sloping down to 1.80 meters, accessible via a steel ladder. It features a saltwater purification system and a light-blue PVC liner, with both underwater and poolside lighting. A hot and cold water shower is also available in this area. Adjacent to the pool, a 4-person hot tub is available for guests.
