The property is set within a fully fenced residential area and benefits from a well-maintained garden of approximately 200 square meters, enlivened by majestic palm trees, colorful flowers, and evergreen plants. Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Relax have been thoughtfully designed to complement the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. The garden, covering approximately 200 square meters, is predominantly paved and carefully tended, creating an elegant and welcoming exterior environment. An outdoor dining area, positioned just a few steps from the main entrance, features a table and is equipped with a dedicated work surface and a mobile barbecue, making it ideal for alfresco meals in a relaxed setting. The non-heated swimming pool is situated on the same level as the ground floor of the villa, approximately 6 meters from the main structure, and commands a spectacular panoramic view over the city of Alcamo and the sea. Rectangular in shape and featuring an infinity edge on one side, the pool measures 12 by 5 meters with a constant depth of 1.40 meters. It is finished in gray touch PVC, equipped with access steps, and enhanced by a hydromassage area and a waterfall feature. The water is purified using a salt system. Adjacent to the pool, a solarium area with natural wood flooring is furnished with sun loungers and a sitting area shaded by 2 umbrellas. A shower with both cold and hot water and a bathroom with a changing room are also available in this outdoor area. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Please be aware that photography of the property is typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the garden may vary at the time of your arrival.

Villa Relax is configured to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests across 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, distributed over 3 distinct levels that follow the natural slope of the terrain. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a dining area and a lounge featuring an ornamental fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine compartment and direct access to the outdoor barbecue area, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a double bedroom with an extra bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. The mezzanine level hosts 2 additional bedrooms, one double and one double with an extra single bed, along with a bathroom with shower and a dedicated fitness area. The upper floor, which also benefits from direct outdoor access, features a large living room with expansive windows, an open-plan dining room and kitchen, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi, 2 further double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms throughout the villa.

Villa Relax has undergone a thorough inspection carried out by a qualified technical manager to verify that the property description, listed accessories, and their operational and maintenance condition all meet the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and comfort. The rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen, and initial and final cleaning. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage caused to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the restrictions provided. Pets are welcome at the property. A mandatory extra cleaning fee applies in the event of the presence of animals. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax.
