Please be aware that the Jacuzzi is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. It is worth noting that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colours of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

The main entrance is located on the first level, where you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a large veranda, a spacious living room enjoying direct sea views, and 2 bathrooms with shower. Also on this level, an internal staircase leads up to a double bedroom situated in the loft area, which features a roof height of 190 cm. Descending one level via the same internal staircase, you arrive at a small hallway leading to a second double bedroom, also with a roof height of 190 cm, and an additional bathroom with shower. Continuing down to the ground floor, a corridor provides access both to the small external courtyard with its seafront gate and to a third double bedroom, which is served by a private bathroom with shower and a whirlpool tub. The panoramic terrace with Jacuzzi tub is accessible via an external staircase leading from the first-level kitchen veranda.

The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use, as well as weekly linen changes and both an initial and a final cleaning of the property.
