The private garden surrounding Villa Gialonia is a true celebration of Mediterranean landscape design, extending across roughly 3,000 square metres of green lawn interspersed with red earth, succulents, aromatic herbs, and natural rocks. Numerous elegantly furnished outdoor areas invite guests to relax or dine al fresco, most notably the patio facing the pool, which has been thoughtfully arranged as both an outdoor dining and living space. A splendid barbecue area crafted in typical local stone adds a convivial focal point for evening gatherings, while the overall garden design reflects the colours and textures of the Salentine countryside. The property is partially fenced with wire mesh and low walls, offering a degree of privacy within its natural surroundings. Guests should be aware that photographs of the garden were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and grass colours may differ at the time of arrival.

The non-heated rectangular swimming pool is a highlight of the outdoor space, positioned approximately 10 metres from the villa's patio and easily accessible from it. Measuring 10 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, the pool is lined in beige PVC and maintained with chlorine purification. An additional half bath is also available along the hallway for added convenience. The bedrooms, while sharing a harmonious Mediterranean aesthetic, are each distinguished by unique vintage headboards and individually styled bedside tables, along with suspended handcrafted wardrobes made to measure and lined in silky vinyl fabric. In the basement, accessible from the outside, a dedicated laundry room is available alongside an additional area featuring a double sofa bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups.
