Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Olimpia are nothing short of spectacular, designed with meticulous attention to detail and a deep respect for the surrounding landscape. The 1,000 square metre garden is fully fenced and unfolds naturally across several terraces, seamlessly connecting with the Mediterranean scrub vegetation typical of the Scopello promontory. Each outdoor area has been carefully planned to make the most of natural light at every hour of the day. A large veranda commands a breathtaking view over the sea, from which guests can admire magnificent sunsets in complete tranquility. This veranda is equipped with a fully functional outdoor kitchen featuring a barbecue, a wood oven, and a large dining table, making it an ideal setting for alfresco meals. An additional large pergola is also available, perfectly suited for organizing outdoor dining with ease and comfort. The top terrace features decorative flower beds that add a touch of colour and elegance to the estate. On the lowest terrace of the property, within a fenced area, resides the owners' docile dog, which will not disturb the peace of guests during their stay. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what is visible upon arrival.

The non-heated swimming pool is located on the lowest terrace of the property and is reached via a flight of steps in natural stone. Open from the last Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October, this irregularly shaped pool measures approximately 65 square metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres. It is lined in PVC and features internal lighting, a salt purification system, a decorative waterfall, and Roman steps for easy water access. The pool surround is non-slip and finished with a combination of stone, mosaic, and resin paving. The dedicated sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds and complemented by an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, as well as a mini bar for refreshments.

Villa Olimpia is configured across 2 levels and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests across 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a spacious and airy living room with windows overlooking the sea, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The property includes weekly linen changes as part of the standard rental arrangement, along with an initial and final cleaning service. Guests also benefit from the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means that no security deposit is required either upon balance payment or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations set forth in the applicable policy terms. Utilities including water, gas for cooking purposes, and electricity are covered within the rental price.
