An internal parking area accommodating up to 3 cars is available directly on the grounds, offering convenient and secure access for all guests.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Olimpia are nothing short of remarkable, with a fully fenced garden of approximately 1,000 square metres unfolding naturally and rhythmically around the villa and blending seamlessly with the surrounding Mediterranean scrub landscape. Each outdoor area has been meticulously designed to make the most of every hour of the day, with careful consideration given to the position of the sun. A large veranda commands a breathtaking view over the sea and provides the perfect vantage point from which to admire stunning sunsets. This veranda is equipped with a fully functional outdoor kitchen complete with a barbecue, a wood oven, and a large dining table, making it ideal for alfresco entertaining. A separate large pergola is also available and perfectly equipped for organizing outdoor meals with ease. The garden extends across several terraces, with the top terrace featuring decorative flower beds that add colour and charm to the landscape. On the lowest terrace of the property, within a fenced area, resides the owners' docile dog, who will not disturb the peace and tranquillity of guests during their stay. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and the colours of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival. The non-heated swimming pool is located on the lowest terrace of the property and is reached via a flight of steps in natural stone. Irregularly shaped and measuring approximately 65 square metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, the pool is lined in PVC and features internal lighting, salt purification, a decorative waterfall, and Roman steps for easy access to the water. The pool edge is non-slip and is surrounded by elegant paving in stone, mosaic, and resin. The sunbathing area is furnished with sunbeds and complemented by an outdoor hot and cold-water shower and a mini bar. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Unit Layout

Villa Olimpia is configured across 2 levels and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a large and welcoming living room greets you upon entry, featuring windows overlooking the sea that lend the space a bright and airy atmosphere. The living room flows naturally into a fully equipped kitchen with a peninsula, ideal for preparing meals. Also on the ground floor is an anteroom housing the laundry facilities, a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom that is slightly raised with respect to the level of the living room. A staircase decorated in traditional majolica tiles leads to the first floor, where a second double bedroom is located, complete with a private terrace and a mezzanine area with a desk, offering a quiet and inspiring workspace. A bathroom with both shower and bathtub serves this level. The first floor is further completed by a third quadruple bedroom, furnished with a double bed, a bunk bed, and a dressing room, with direct access to a further large terrace offering open views of the surrounding landscape.

The property is completely independent and fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security throughout your stay. The swimming pool is open seasonally, from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Guests are kindly reminded that the owners' docile dog resides in a fenced area on the lowest terrace of the property and will not interfere with the comfort of guests. With regard to the pet policy, the acceptance of animals at the property must be previously authorized by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size, and breed. 1 small-sized animal is permitted. A tourism tax of 1.50 euros per person per day applies for the first 6 days of stay; children under 12 years of age are exempt from this charge.
