The exterior of Villa Alessia is one of its most remarkable features, offering a wealth of outdoor spaces designed to make the most of Sicily's glorious climate. The vast 2,000 square metre park unfolds on a single level and is characterised by generous areas of lawn that lend the property a sense of openness and tranquillity. The park is fully enclosed by a secure fence composed of vertical bars spaced approximately 0.10 metres apart and standing 2.50 metres high, ensuring complete privacy and safety throughout your stay.

Approximately 10 metres from the main villa, an attractive annex houses a large portico equipped with a fully functional outdoor kitchen, complete with a barbecue and a traditional wood oven, making it an ideal setting for memorable alfresco dining experiences. The park also features a fully equipped children's play area, providing entertainment for younger guests.

The non-heated swimming pool is a true centrepiece of the outdoor space, measuring an impressive 12 by 7 metres with a depth ranging from 1.10 to 2.60 metres. Lined in PVC and fitted with a chlorine purification system, the pool benefits from both internal and external lighting and is accessed via elegant Roman steps. The surrounding solarium area is generously furnished with sunbeds, tables, chairs, and umbrellas, creating a perfect setting for long, sun-drenched afternoons. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October. Tucked within the garden, a jacuzzi offers an additional touch of indulgence for those seeking relaxation under the open sky. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the appearance of the flowering plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you will find upon your arrival.

Villa Alessia is thoughtfully arranged across 2 floors within a single main building and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upon entering through the main gate, you cross the large parking area before reaching the villa itself.

The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious open-plan living area that seamlessly integrates a sitting room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a convivial and sociable heart to the home. Also on the ground floor is a private sleeping area comprising a double bedroom and a large bathroom fitted with a shower. Air conditioning is available in this bedroom, and a large air conditioning unit serves the entire ground floor living space.

An external staircase leads up to the first floor, where you will find an additional sitting room alongside 2 further double bedrooms, each offering a comfortable and well-furnished retreat. A large bathroom with shower serves both bedrooms on this floor. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms throughout the villa, ensuring a cool and restful environment regardless of the season.

Villa Alessia welcomes pets, though it is important to note that the property is not suitable for small-sized pets. A mandatory extra cleaning fee applies for guests arriving with animals.

For all extra guests who access and stay in the villa without remaining overnight, a daily rate of €100.00 per person applies.
