The outdoor spaces of Villa Atmosfere are thoughtfully designed to offer a variety of settings for relaxation and al fresco dining. The enclosed grounds of approximately 1,000 square metres are predominantly paved and beautifully embellished with begonia plants and large pots containing small olive trees, all enclosed by a dense hedge exceeding 2 metres in height, ensuring complete privacy. A veranda of approximately 16 square metres, directly accessible from the kitchen via a French window, is furnished with a fiberglass table and chairs, providing a charming setting for outdoor meals. Further into the garden, a small gazebo with a table and chairs offers a more intimate space for quiet moments of relaxation. An elegant masonry seating area fitted with large, comfortable cushions and covered by a sail-shaded gazebo adds a further dimension of sophistication to the outdoor environment. The non-heated swimming pool is rectangular, measuring 7 by 14 metres, with a depth ranging from 1 to 2.50 metres. It features chlorine purification and Roman steps for easy access to the water, and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The pool enjoys an open view over the surrounding countryside, made possible by a light metal fence that preserves the panorama without obstructing it. The solarium area adjacent to the pool is equipped with sunbeds and tables for poolside relaxation. Umbrellas are available on request. Unit Layout

The main building is developed entirely on a single level, the ground floor, and covers approximately 150 square metres. This living space is separated from the fully equipped kitchen by a partial wall with lateral accesses, and one wall can be fully opened by means of sliding glass doors to connect the interior with the outdoor veranda. The kitchen itself is linked to the exterior dining veranda through a French window. From the living room, guests access a first bathroom with shower, which serves both a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk beds. The master bedroom is a generously proportioned suite with an elegantly integrated en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, washbasins arranged in an open-plan layout, a walk-in closet with a sliding door, and a large glass-doored shower. The toilet and bidet area is discreetly enclosed by frosted glass doors. The annex covers approximately 46 square metres and comprises a small entrance hallway with a large wardrobe, a master bedroom equipped with a TV and a French window offering direct access to the pool, and a private bathroom with shower and a window overlooking the rear external area on the opposite side from the pool.
