From the house, 10 steps lead down to the grounds, which feature a combination of stone flooring and lawn dotted with pine and olive trees. A gazebo provides a further shaded living area, ideal for quiet moments of relaxation during the warmer months. The estate also features a dedicated area for the traditional game of Bocce as well as a ping-pong table, offering recreational options for guests of all ages. The crown jewel of the outdoor experience is the magnificent infinity pool, situated 150 meters from the house. This non-heated pool measures 7 meters by 14 meters and ranges in depth from 1.50 meters to 2.40 meters, featuring a central slope and a trampoline for added enjoyment. The expansive solarium surrounding the pool is furnished with sun-beds and a comfortable living area with a sofa and armchairs, all oriented to capture the breathtaking panoramic sea views. The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st. Guests staying during September and early October are warmly welcome to participate in the olive harvest, following the fascinating journey from tree to bottle. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and colours of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

A twin bedroom with joinable beds also benefits from a private en suite bathroom with shower. Accessible from the porch via a private entrance, a self-contained small apartment opens directly into a living area with a kitchenette, dining table, and sofa. From this space, a double bedroom is separated by an arch from a second living room, and the apartment is served by a bathroom with shower. An external corridor accessible from the porch leads to a laundry room and a barbecue area, adding further practicality to the layout.

Guests are kindly reminded that the garden photography was captured during spring, and seasonal variations in the appearance of the grounds, including flower blossoming and grass colour, should be expected upon arrival. The estate spans 20 acres of land, much of which is dedicated to olive cultivation, and guests are free to enjoy the grounds for walking and jogging throughout their stay.
