The swimming pool is located just a few metres from the villa, occupying a prominent position within the estate and easily accessible via a gentle path through the garden. The rectangular pool measures 13 by 4.50 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, is lined in PVC, and is equipped with chlorine purification, underwater lighting, and steps for easy water access. The surrounding solarium area combines paved surfaces and lawn, and is furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, and both hot and cold-water showers. Adjacent to the pool, 2 hot tubs are available, with water that can be heated up to 32 degrees. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April through to the first Saturday in October.
